　Xに至ってはY。

Xの場合は極端で、Yだ　＜in extreme cases of X, Y＞
「色々な例がある中で、最も極端なのはXで、それはYだ」と言いたいときに使う

１．マイナス評価について言うと書いてある参考書もあるが、プラス評価について使う場合もある

例文

家の周りは店が少なく、コンビニに至っては1件もない。 (There are very few shops around the house, and there isn’t even one convenience store.)

家庭内で風邪が流行っていて、子どもに至っては一週間も寝込んでいる。 (There’s a cold epidemic within the household, and even the children have been bedridden for a week.)

先生の話がとてもおもしろく、ロンさんに至っては10分も笑い続けた。 (The teacher’s story was very funny, and Ron was laughing continuously for ten minutes.)

このアイドルグループはダンスが下手なことで有名だが、彼に至ってはまともにボックスステップも踏めない。 (This idol group is famous for their poor dancing skills, but he can’t even do a proper box step.)
