In Japanese, you can use the word “hamatteru” to describe you’re hooked in something.
実家(じっか)
Do you visit your family during vacation?
Japanese people say “Jikka ni kaerimasu”, which means “I’ll visit my family”.
ベタな
Have you ever heard Japanese people saying “beta-na”?
“Beta-na” means “mundane”.
チンする
This is quite sudden, but what would you do if asked “これチンして。Kore chin-shite.”?
“Chin” is the microwave and “chin-suru” is to microwave something.
